What Are The Benefits of Aerobic KickBoxing
Women and teenaged girls will naturally be drawn to aerobic Kickboxing training to a back beat, without sparring for fitness, coordination, stamina, correct technique and fun. We add in some self defence to give a fulfilling feeling to the classes.
Ladies train in their own space and in pairs where appropriate, with and without hand held punch and kick pads, paddles, shields and free standing wave master heavy bags.
There is no belt testing, no set syllabus no contact to or from another other than holding focus pads for a partner and the emphasis is focused to ongoing fitness and self development.
